ILAS expands immigration services to Bolivia & Nigeria:
TERMS & CONDITIONS
ILAS (LLP) & Partners expects full payment upon instructions and would not act on any instruction except where at least 50% of our quoted fees have been paid on account after instructions.

Fixed fees are offered in reliance on clients initial instructions received and in the event that these instructions are unreliable, ILAS (LLP) & Partners reserve the right to increase our fee accordingly or reject the instructions.

Note that any particular fee will be subject to change if extra or unexpected work were undertaken by the firm or its affiliates to complete the application especially if it becomes necessary to instruct a Barrister or Attorney then the client would be informed in advance and an agreement reached with them prior to commencement of action.
However, the client would be given an opportunity to impose a limit on the amount of charges to be incurred and ILAS (LLP) and partners will inform the client when the charges have reached an agreed figure.

Once we have agreed a fee for the work to be completed, we will not increase it without the client’s prior agreement.

Clients’ attention is also drawn to the fact that foreign visa applications and services are taken on by ILAS (LLP) on behalf of our partners and affiliates both within the United Kingdom and abroad who would produce the necessary agreements/documents between the client and their organisations.

ILAS (LLP) acting solely as a referral agent for these organisations hereby declare that no actions for damages or compensation may be brought against it by any individual or corporation in the event of any dispute resulting from any referral made by ILAS (LLP) to its affiliates and partners. (Clients are instructed to check the viability and records of any organisation recommended to them by ILAS (LLP) prior to giving instructions).

It is pertinent for clients to note that they would normally be responsible for any fees to the Home Office, Consulate, High Commissions and the Government, travelling expenses to and from interviews, interpreting and or translation of documents, costs for psychiatrists, doctors or other professional report(s) that may be needed as evidence.

Upon termination of instructions the client would be liable only for fees and payments to the date of termination including any fees or payment for work necessary in order to transfer the matter or their file (s) to another immigration advisory firm/organisation, solicitor or attorney.
